Information we collect

The project form collects your name, email address, US ZIP code, project timing, planning choices and any message you choose to add. We also receive your consent acknowledgment and submission time. We do not ask for utility account numbers, payment information, home deeds or an exact street address through the form.

Purpose

We use the details to respond to your inquiry, understand your project, arrange a discussion if you request one, and handle related project and support communication. Choices in the interactive planner are only sent when you submit the form. They are not a technical assessment.

Email

This form does not subscribe you to marketing. We may reply about your request, ask relevant follow-up questions or send arrangements and documents relating to a conversation or service you requested. Read Service emails for the scope of this communication. To stop follow-up, reply STOP or email us.

Providers and sharing

Our hosting and email providers process information to operate the website and deliver inquiries. The form sends your request to the team by email; it does not add it to a public directory. We do not sell personal information, share it with advertising networks, or automatically distribute requests to installers. If an introduction requires sharing, we will explain the recipient and purpose and request permission first. Disclosure may be required by law.

Security and storage

The site uses HTTPS. The form uses a temporary, first-party security cookie, required consent, an anti-bot field and request limits. Rate-limit files store a keyed hash of the connecting IP for up to 24 hours and are cleaned during subsequent submissions. Our hosting provider may retain access and error logs for security and operations. We use no advertising pixels, analytics cookies or embedded third-party maps on this site.

Inquiry correspondence is retained in the team mailbox for up to 12 months after an inquiry closes, unless a legal obligation or active service requires longer retention. Mailbox retention is managed by the team; the website does not automatically delete email. Information should be limited to what is relevant to your inquiry.

Your choices
